Student-athletes thrive when they are supported holistically — academically, personally, and competitively. In my leadership roles within collegiate athletics, I’ve always believed that the true measure of a program is not only what happens on the field, but how young people grow through the experience. Student-athlete development requires structure, mentorship, and accountability, but also an environment where individuals feel valued and supported in every aspect of their lives.

Athletics provides a powerful platform for building discipline, character, and leadership skills that extend far beyond competition. When programs prioritize well-being, academic achievement, and personal growth, student-athletes become more confident and better prepared for success after graduation. My commitment has always been to ensure that student-athletes have the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to reach their full potential in all areas of life.
