Throughout my career, one of the most meaningful responsibilities I’ve had is developing people. Great organizations are built on individuals who are growing, confident, and supported — and that requires leaders who take mentorship seriously. I’ve always believed that leaders should elevate the people around them, helping them build new skills, expand their perspective, and find their own path to success. When team members feel believed in, they take bold steps that strengthen the entire organization.

Mentorship is more than giving advice; it’s about setting expectations, providing accountability, and creating opportunities for others to lead. Some of the most rewarding moments of my career have come from watching people I’ve mentored take on greater responsibilities and achieve their goals. Strong leaders invest in others because they understand that developing people is not only the right thing to do — it’s also the key to long-term organizational strength.
