Serving as President & CEO of a nationally recognized college preparatory school gave me a broader leadership platform beyond athletics. It strengthened my ability to lead complex organizations, set strategic direction, manage teams, support faculty and staff, collaborate with boards, and ensure long-term institutional health.

Led multi-year institutional initiatives focused on enrollment, advancement, campus culture, and student success.
