Out of everything I hope my kids learn — discipline, confidence, responsibility — the one trait I hope they carry forever is kindness. The world moves fast, and people often forget how much impact a small act of kindness can have. Kind people create trust, build relationships, and make others feel seen. It’s one of the strongest forms of leadership any person can show.
