Why I Try to End Every Day With One Positive Thought

At the end of every day, I try to think of one positive moment — a conversation, a win, something my kids said, or even a small accomplishment. It shifts my entire mindset and keeps life in perspective. Ending the day with positivity makes the next morning easier to start with intention.
